INSTRUCTIONS
Want to see how this is done? Visit http://www.appsforoffice.com/wp-html/resources.html; scroll down to the Walkthrough heading and click on the A5 Brochure: Add a Full Page Picture

1. Turn on your paragraph marks (Home page)

2. Click on the “***CLICK HERE TO ADD PICTURE****” text above and press Delete. This places your cursor in the second empty paragraph on the page.

If you are following these instructions for a new full picture page – add a few paragraph marks, and page break before going further.

3. Select Insert > Picture, and browse to your graphic file. If you prefer, you can paste the graphic in from another document.

4. Can you click on the picture and drag it?

A. If so, when you click and drag it, can you see a small black anchor?

Click and Drag the anchor up to the second paragraph mark, if it is not there already.

Right-click on the graphic file, and select Text Wrapping > More Layout Options

Select the Picture Position tab and click “Lock Anchor”

B. If you can’t, the picture is ‘inline’ and we need to change it to floating. There are a few options, and we will change it to “Behind Text”

Right-click on the graphic file, and select Text Wrapping > Behind Text

When you click on the graphic you can now see a black anchor in the margin.

Click and Drag the anchor up to the second paragraph mark, if it is not there already.

Right-click on the graphic file, and select Text Wrapping > More Layout Options

Select the Picture Position tab and click “Lock Anchor”

5. Now drag the graphic from the corners so that it lines up with the page borders.
